Our onsite repair service is designed to get your computer back into working condition in the least amount of time possible. We will schedule an appointment with you to come to your location to repair, upgrade, or perform other services as requested, to get your systems up and running again. 

There are three forms of contact available to submit a service request.

1. Use the Service Request Form button at the bottom of any page or use the large Service Request Form button at the beginning of the main page.

2. Contact us by phone at (619)813-6654 between 9AM and 5PM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday.

3. Email us with your request at Support@7segmentz.com and describe the problem(s) you are experiencing in as much detail as possible and leave a phone number in the email where you can be reached.

Once we receive your phone call or service request form we will contact you promptly to schedule a date and time for service.
